From discovery to your doorstep

1. Choose your products

Read the details, select any available size or colour, and add your favourites to the cart. Check whether each item is a physical product or digital download. Demo listings cannot be purchased by customers.

2. Confirm delivery and your total

At checkout, enter your contact details. For physical products, provide a complete shipping address and select your delivery area. Delivery costs ৳60 inside Dhaka city or ৳120 outside Dhaka city, within Bangladesh. Savar, Keraniganj and Dohar are outside the city rate. Digital-only orders have no shipping charge. Wait for the final total to update before paying.

3. Send money and submit your order

Choose bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay and use Send Money to the receiving number displayed at checkout. Send the exact final order total, including delivery where applicable. Enter the payment service, sender number and transaction ID, then place the order once. Your order stays On hold while we verify the payment. Do not send money again for the same order.

4. Receive your order

After verification, we process the order and arrange physical delivery. Digital downloads become available in My Account → Downloads. You can check order status in My Account → Orders. For delivery updates, contact support with your order number.
