Our products are downloadable files. We do not ship physical goods. Manual MFS orders stay on hold until payment is verified. Downloads become available when the order is completed.
Download access
Open My Account → Downloads to access your purchases. Any download limits or expiry dates are shown with your download. Check the listing for file formats and software requirements.
Missing, damaged or incorrect files
Contact info@e-store-bd.com with your order number and a description of the problem. We will review the order and help resolve the issue.
Payment mistakes and refund requests
If you made a duplicate payment or need to request a refund, contact support with your order number and transaction reference so the request can be reviewed. Do not send a second payment to resolve a download problem.
