We deliver physical products within Bangladesh after verifying payment. Delivery costs ৳60 inside Dhaka city and ৳120 outside Dhaka city. Savar, Keraniganj, Dohar and other areas outside the city use the ৳120 rate. Select the correct delivery area and enter your full address at checkout. The final delivery charge is shown before you place the order.
Check My Account → Orders for order status. Contact support with your order number for dispatch and delivery updates, or if you need to correct your address.
Digital-only orders have no shipping charge. After we verify your MFS payment and process the order, downloads are available through My Account → Downloads. Any download limits or expiry dates are shown with the file. Check the listing for file format and software requirements.
If an item or file is missing, damaged or incorrect, email info@e-store-bd.com or contact us on WhatsApp with your order number, a description and relevant photos where applicable. We will review the order and help resolve the issue.
For a duplicate payment, cancellation, return or refund request, contact support with your order number and details so the request can be reviewed. Please contact us before sending an item back. Do not send a second payment to resolve an order problem.
