Information used to fulfil your order
E Store BD uses the name, email address, phone number and order details you provide to process purchases, verify manual payments, provide downloads and respond to support requests. For manual MFS payments we also collect the chosen service, sender number and transaction ID. We do not ask for your MFS PIN or OTP.

WordPress and WooCommerce use cookies to maintain login sessions and shopping carts. The site and hosting services may keep technical logs, including IP addresses, for operation and security. Optional cookie choices are available in the site’s cookie controls.
Services involved
Hosting, website software and email delivery services process information needed to operate the store. If you contact us through WhatsApp, that conversation is also handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy terms.
